2PEGuys

Attention DMV parents! We are looking for all kids ages 5-12 to participate in our sports camp this summer. This camp is run by two PE teachers and professionals who are seeking to enhance your child's physical skill and overall health. During this sports camp, your child will participate in a wide variety of activities, from traditional sports such as basketball and soccer to team building exercises, that will encourage your child to be more active while getting them to interact and make friends with their peers. Our camp provides a platform for kids to engage in sports, learn teamwork, and have fun while growing both physically and mentally.

About Two PE Guys

Kris Boswell I am K-8th grade Physical Education Teacher with 16 years of experience, basketball coach and National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certified personal trainer with over ten years of training experience. After graduating from Howard University with a Bachelors of Science in pre-sports medicine, I began to share my love for health and fitness with children as a PE teacher and coach. After a few years of teaching, I decided to pursue a Masters of Science in Exercise Performance and Injury Prevention from the University of California Pennsylvania.

I am Isaiah Johnson, and I am from Syracuse, NY. I hold a bachelor’s degree in physical education from Syracuse University and a master's degree in Nonprofit Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus. I have been teaching in the Washington, D.C., area for the past ten years, instructing a variety of classes. My career began as a teaching assistant in Syracuse, NY, before I moved to D.C. for my first full-time teaching position. I started in the public charter sector and currently work in DCPS as a high school physical education teacher. In my first year in D.C., I was recognized as a highly effective teacher for my efforts and impact in the classroom. Throughout my career, I have taught students across all grade levels, from elementary to 12th grade.
